He was CFO and CIO of an insurance broker that grew 5-fold during his tenure before being acquired by a national aggregator. He then started a salesforce automation consulting practice and became a premier worldwide solutions partners for a leading sales automation software company, where he was responsible for prospecting, selling and servicing the largest corporate account in the software company’s history. Rob spent several years working in C-Level roles growing startup and early stage companies. He then became a partner in the nation’s leading CFO services firm, where he helped underperforming companies improve financial clarity, profitability, and cash flow. Prior to joining BCG, Rob founded a company that developed a revolutionary waste management technology for the oilfield service industry. Rob’s expertise lies in identifying the key drivers to profitable growth and implementing financial policies to make it happen.
